How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Shipping is free of charge for all orders with a value of $300 or more, excluding taxes and after the use of the coupon (if applicable).

Can I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

When will my order be delivered?

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

All orders to the US are shipped via standard shipping service through FedEx. Usually, the preparation and shipping of your order takes 1 to 2 working days, while delivery timing by the courier may change depending on the city of destination. You can expect your order to be delivered in the next 10 working days in any US city.

From where do you ship your products?

Orders are processed on time from our logistic center in Medellín, Colombia. Once your order is ready to leave, you will receive the tracking; please note updated status on your package will be available after few hours from the email.

Due to local health measures and extra carrier processing, possible delays in delivery may occur.

We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered quickly.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?

You can find the estimated delivery time of your order in the shipping confirmation mail. 

Usually, the preparation and shipment of your order take 1 to 3 working days, while delivery by the courier can take from 3 to 10 working days.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please get in touch and we will try to solve the problem.

During our busy or peak holiday seasons, we will try our best to guarantee your orders to arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slight delays in delivery of your orders.

Understandably, no refund can be issued for returned and delayed orders due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect our couriers.

What is your returns policy?

We will refund an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned to us in its original, unopened packaging with all the accessories and instructions.

To return an item, you will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 14 days after delivery, we may be able to accept the goods back, but not at full credit value.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Our products are fragile and the shipping process is not always kind or easy. If that happens, we will replace the damaged product due to shipping carrier mishandling. Please inspect your package when you receive your delivery. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us (make sure to include a photo) and we’ll get back to you in two business days. We will help you as soon as possible!
